Some issues require a little more digging than some of the more obvious breakdowns.
This service includes the determination of issues by a technician. We’ll troubleshoot the more complicated issues, find a solution, and discuss with you your options moving forward. The fee is applied to the first hour of service. If it is found that the device is beyond repair the fee can be applied to any of the devices in our inventory.
Upon purchasing this service we will coordinate whether the device is mailed or dropped off.
