Desktop and Laptop Computer Repair

Full Diagnostic $75
Includes determination of issues by a technician and is applied toward the first hour of service.

Virus and Malware Cleaning $99
Remove viruses and malware from your computer. In some cases, backup and reload is required.

OS Install or Reload $75
Reload the Operating System that the computer is licensed for. The COA (the code for the OS) and the OS Disc or recovery partition must be provided by the customer. All Data and Programs are lost in the process, but drivers and hardware will be reinstalled. +$25 for data backup

Quick Fix $40
For issues that can be solved in less than a 20-minute fix. (i.e. a setting change or part swap)

Hardware Install $75
Install any customer provided part.

Software Install $75
Install any customer provided software

Optimization $75
Remove "bloatware" and other unnecessary programs that slow the computer down.

System Repair $75/hr + parts
This service is used to replace or repair any hardware on Computers, Laptops, Monitors and Printers. If parts need to be ordered, the time for shipping may be 1-2 weeks.
Phone and Tablet Repair

Screen Replacement $150
Replace your phone or tablet's cracked or damaged screen. (Price change subject to cost of screen)

Battery Replacements $100 + parts
Replace your phone or tablet battery that may not charge or hold a charge anymore.

Data Backup or Transfer $75 (+$25 if we provide storage medium)
Save your precious files on your device or transfer saved files onto a new device.

Optimization $75
Remove "bloatware" and other unnecessary programs that slow the computer down.

System Repair $75/hr + parts
This service is for replacing parts like the charging port or camera on your mobile device or tablet. Allow time for parts to be delivered.

We will instruct you on how to solve your tech issues yourself so you don't have to turn your device over. If we can't guide you through it, we will take the device in and credit your payment towards repair. Join our monthly program and get your own support team.
